Lynda has had many years teaching experience with across the early childhood sector as a kindergarten teacher and head teacher. Lynda has been involved in the delivery of IYP and IYT programmes since 2011, in this time she has delivered approximately 40 IYP programmes and more than 50 IYT programmes. Since 2011 Lynda has also had the opportunity to train as a Peer Coach in both IYP and IYT.  Lynda has extensive training, experience and knowledge in child protection policy and practice.

Lynda currently holds the position chairing one of the Complaints Assessment Committee (CAC) for the Teaching Council NZ.
